WHAT?! That can't be. Chun-Li is regarded throughout the SF universe as the strongest woman on earth. Where as Cammy is an agent of M. Bison (Vega) who is disposed of after a botched mission. It wouldn't make sense for Cammy to come out victorious throughout the fanart except for just that one issue by Udon.
